On-Site Events Details
What are the benefits of massage?
Massage therapy can provide significant relief from pain and tension, reduce cortisol levels (the stress hormone), lower blood pressure, and enhance circulation and the immune system. While individual results may vary, the overall impact is a healthier, more relaxed workforce.
How do Office Oasis events flow?
When your Office Oasis therapist arrives at your office, they'll set up the most relaxing environment possible in the most private space available. This may include setting up a massage table or chair, adjusting lighting with lamps or blackout curtains, playing therapeutic music, and setting out aromatherapy.
Prior to the event, your company will receive a special link where employees can sign up for available time slots. Depending on the wellness program you choose, employees will be provided with a discount code or a code that passes the entire cost off to them. This link will be available during the event in case someone wants to sign up last minute.
Massages are delivered as scheduled during your reserved time. Please note that Office Oasis requires a 3-hour minimum booking for all events.
How do Office Oasis massages differ from private sessions?
Our on-site event massages are performed with the client fully clothed, and while the setting may not be as private as an in-office appointment, the level of care and effectiveness remains the same. Plus, there’s no need to worry about commuting or parking—relaxation comes directly to you!
What is the difference between chair and table massages?

Chair Massage: Focuses on the upper body, including the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and scalp. Ideal for quick relief during work hours.

Table Massage: Offers a more personalized and comprehensive experience, allowing the therapist to address specific discomforts over the entire body. By having the client lie down, the therapist can use techniques like trigger point therapy and apply more pressure as needed.
Each session begins with a brief consultation where the therapist will ask about any specific areas of pain, headaches, or tingling sensations. The massage will then be tailored to the individual’s needs.
How long are the on-site massages?

Minimum Booking: 3 hours

Maximum Booking per Day: 6 hours
For events booked for 5 or more hours, a 1-hour break is included. For example, a 5-hour event starting at 9 am will have a break at Noon, with massages resuming at 1 pm.
How many bookings are possible per hour
This depends on your staff and the specific needs of your event:

15-20 minute intervals: Recommended for chair massages.

20-30 minute intervals: Recommended for table massages.

5-10 minute intervals: Ideal for large events like festivals or weddings.
When is Office Oasis available for on-site massages?

Monday - Wednesday: 8 am – 5 pm

Thursday: 8 am – 2 pm

What is the cost for Office Oasis on-site events?

Rate: $110/hour per therapist with a 3-hour minimum booking. A 6-hour maximum per therapist per day applies.

Tax Deduction: The fee is 100% tax-deductible!
Will a travel fee be added to my booking? Events booked within 20 miles of Bryan-College Station include travel. Events booked beyond this radius will incur a $25 fee, up to 25 miles. For events beyond this distance, please ask for a custom quote.

Is a deposit required at the time of booking?
Yes, a 25% deposit of your total event fee is due at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the event.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, an 18% mandatory gratuity will be added to the bill before booking. This gratuity will be included in your deposit amount.
Will I receive a confirmation at the time of booking? When is final payment due?
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email and a receipt for the deposit paid. A final invoice will be emailed to you 48 hours before your appointment.
